Who says you can’t have your cake and eat it too? We were set on creating a nutritious, sweet snack that satisfies our ‘cake and coffee’ cravings, so we deconstructed our favorite coffee walnut cake and put it back together using nature’s finest ingredients.
what are the benefits?
Walnuts are such a wonderful source of omega-3’s, which help to keep your cholesterol levels in check. They’re also a source of manganese which help maintain healthy bones and muscle.
The crunchy texture of the walnuts is boosted by the mocha inspired milk chocolate coffee beans. Then we added naturally sweet, chewy raisins and dropped in some perfectly baked, vanilla-infused mini cookies.
when should you eat it?
This is one of our favorite afternoon snacks because it’s perfect with a cup of coffee on a 3pm break!
